[   FAQs   ]

Where do you source your materials?

We work exclusively with trusted, reputable timber merchants who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. All of our hardwoods are carefully selected for grain, character and structural integrity — ensuring every piece we craft is built from the finest available materials.

How long do your projects take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the commission. A single bespoke piece may take two to four weeks, while a full kitchen or fitted room can take several months from design to installation. We will always provide a clear timeline at the outset and keep you informed throughout.

Can you account for lower budgets?

We believe exceptional craftsmanship should be accessible. While our work is bespoke by nature, we are happy to discuss your budget during the initial consultation and explore options that deliver the best possible result within your means. We will always be transparent about costs from the very beginning.

Is there an opportunity for feedback?

Absolutely. Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We welcome feedback at every stage of the project and conduct a thorough review upon completion to ensure you are completely happy with the finished result. Your experience matters to us as much as the quality of the work itself.
